current policy on marijuana is one of total destruction, does this make it an endangered species?

Please do not cite cancer risks, brain damage or any of the other bits of governmental propaganda/bogus research as justification for it being legal or not.

    Ha ha....despite the governments best efforts both use and growing has gone up and price has gone down. Figure that one out economists.
