important weight loss question.......?
i have PCOS, (polycystic ovary syndrome). I've gained 55 lbs. since February of 2006, and 20 of it from April to today. It's very difficult for me to lose weight with having PCOS. I go to work from 8-5 and school from 6-10, so there isnt much time for me to work out. i'd like to lose 55 lbs. halfway quickly. i know i wont do it overnight....but ive got a huge closet full of clothes and can only wear a tiny portion. HELP!
