The Italian pasta said: "siamo i campioni del mondo!" ["we are the champions of the world!"]. The French wine replied: "c'est pas juste, nous, on est mieux!" ["it's not fair, we are better!"]. And they fought in the poor customers' stomachs, so hard that they had to be taken to the hospital ;-)

Seriously though, we had Italian mortadella with French croissants while we were watching the game, and nothing happened... it tasted soooo good!
