That is tough question. It is when you feel comfortable with each other and can talk about anything! There must also be a level of intimacy between the 2 of you for this. There also should be that "click" that you need to be boyfriend and girlfriend.

I like to sneak that one in on her. Ex. while kissing I might of said "Ummm, your lips are just beautiful. I think I just try and keep you around for a while longer, maybe make you mine" and laugh about it. Everything between you should be comfortable by now, so it shouldn't be too hard.

~you are bf/gf when you kiss, hug, touch each other, sleep together(not necessarily), when he/she ask you out or tells you that he/she loves you...etc...
