I believe that anyone who is finally executed should die in the same manner that they tortured their victim

You don't have more civil rights when you've committed a crime, you have the same rights as you did if you had not committed the crime, you just didn't need to worry about them.

Personally, I think death penalty is wrong, but if it's going to exist, yes, the people should not suffer--their next stop is Hell and I hear its a *****.

#1 point many men on death row have later been found innocent due to dna and such and set free and sued the state for time taken from them. It is known fact that there has been people put to death by the goverment in prison wHO may have been innocent. No matter how the inmate died it can not/ will not undo his/her crime. A eye for a eye and everyone is blind. Often the criminal is not of stable mind or the crime was done under the infulence of drug indused stress. yes I BELIVE in a fare and just justice system and the death penility I DISAGREE WITH state tourture. Even in the case if my own child were brutiliy murdered i'ld want the person dead not tourtured or maimed. One mistake can not be made better by doing another. For the people who think they inmate should be killed how they killed think of who would have the job of that killing.

If they do the crime they should pay the price. It makes me sick hearing people Whine about the Poor Criminal might suffer. They've even had court cases trying to declare lethal injection Cruel and Unusual punishment. I wonder what they call it for the VICTIM.

People on Death Row should not have any rights Period! They are there because they committed a violent crime and should pay for it with their own lives. The case come to mind of the mexican railroad killer that killed a lot of people and he did not show any remorse for doing those violent crimes. We, as Americans should try to make the president of the U.S. and congress to enforce stiffer sentences, and carry them out.

Great question - I think we are all WAY to easy on criminals. I actually believe that it should be as painful as possible - and that not only killers, but pedophiles and rapists should be put to death.

i think the killer should be killed in the same manner in which they killed their victim...unfortunately, there probably aren't any volunteers to carry the task out. Thats why i propose...ELECTRIC BLEACHERS! you can blow a whole bunch of killers away at once.
