I have a 3-year-old cat that keeps peeing in the same spot on the floor - she has never done this before. What can I do? HELP!

We just moved and my cat keeps trying to get outside - he has even broken out almost all of the screens - he is fixed and has been an indoor cat all of his life - any suggestions on ways to secure the screens so we can open the windows or make him stop? It's hot!
