A question about Freeview...?

I installed Freeview at home today, and the picture quality is fantastic. But for some reason, eight channels are missing (including Sky News & Sky Sports News - two of the channels that made me decide to buy the set)... any ideas?

Update:

Almost forgot... does anyone know a website for Freeview TV listings? The TV guides don't seem to list many of the channels.

We bought free view in December 2004, and we bought it for BBC 3 for Little Britain. But it turned out that where we live, we don't get all the channels, in fact we only got ITV2 which is rubbish anyway. And to add insult to injury, they started showing Little Britain on BBC 2 after that.

We have Sky now, you can get really cheap packages at the mo, we only pay £9 per month and then after 3 months we'll pay £18. Well worth it...

why don't you call them and tell them that!and tell them that if they don't correct it you will cancel it and never get it again!
