What is my color pallete, for makeup?

I am caucasian, but have very dark skin, dark brown eyes, and dark brown hair. I never seem to find the right colors. For eyes i usually go with blue, lips-pink lipgloss, and black or purple eyeliner.

The best thing for u is to go natural, no foundation and match the color of your eye liner to your eyes, as for eye shadow, use a light cream color on the lids and a med brown on the brow bone to accentuate your brows. Ditch the lip gloss, that is soooooooooooo 80s and find a red/coral color lipstick covergirl is best for this as it stays put. Going to a professional at Marshall Fields wouldn't hurt either

You should try to go with natural colors like browns, bronzes, to compliment your skin, when speaking of eyeshadows and what not. But if you ever wanna get funky with it, try some pinks for the eyeshadow, or torquoises (I know it sounds weird, but it will compliment your skin greatly). If you ever want to do a smoky eye, with either charcoal grey eyeshadow, or black eyeshadow, play it suttle with the lips, use a clear lip gloss.

    READ THIS!

    its 100% correct

    Eye Shadow:

You'll look best in forest green, medium purple, deep plum, medium blue, slate blue or gunmetal gray shades of eye shadow. Choose one shade only to use at a time and apply it all over eyes, from lash-line to brows.

    Mascara:

Apply one coat of brown/black or black mascara.

    Lip Color:

You shine in sheer lip glosses in shades of light brown, bronze or raisin red.

I would try to go on the bronze palette.. tone down the pink by going more with a golden shimmering shades and neutral shades...it will give you a more natural and flawless looks. Careful with the black on your eyes...smoky for evening and dk.brown for day look. Don't forget to light up your eyes duck & close to your eyebrows with a light shimmering shade...it will open your eyes. Use a light pink rosey blush on the apple of your cheek for a more natural look.. Remember to blend, blend and blend with good brushes. Try & explore to apply your make-up on different lights... i.e. close to a window for a natural look.. Hope it help!

Look at the veins in your arms. If they are blue, you are "cool" and should wear cool colors. If they have a greenish tint, you are "warm". If you can't tell, do you look better in silver(cool) or gold(warm) There are cool and warm shades of all colors, but people with warm skintones usually look better in more earthy colors. Hope this helped

Since you have such dark coloring you may want to try colors designed for ethnic women- they have richer colors
