Do you have any knowledge of the symptoms of CP?

My son is 6 months and has no head controll his legs are very stiff and his arms are contracted his twin sister has good head controll and can sit up assisted he gets PT once a week but they say he is to young to diagnose with CP I just wondered if anybody elses kids have CP and what their symtoms were?

Update:

My daughter had brain bleeds and they told me she may have some problems but my son had no bleeds

    well he might be too young to officially diagnose but having the stiffness is definitely a sign yes. It's good that he's geting the PT.. have you asked the PT more about it? if they are hesistant to diagnose him yet perhaps you need to ask them more questions about "likelihood" or what exactly his issued are and if pt seems to be resolving them. I'm going to guess your twins were preemies? did he have IVH (brain bleeds?) or PPHN Or anything that would make him more likely to develop CP?
