Good shooter like resident evil?
mostly I just mean that I want a shooter for pc (preferably free but whatever)
that has some kind of money or experience and leveling up for your character/weapons; Online or single player.

Uh... you should try Gunz Online, it's relatively similar (because it involves holding a gun), but without all the blood-thirsty fiends that want to kill you. It's a free online game where you face off against other players from all around the world. It's quite fun.
