What's good to eat on a 12 hour road trip?
I need a good snack food that's filling and tasty and not too messy. I don't really like stopping for fast food, but I do it if I'm starving. So what's a good snack to last me a while?
Wow, those are all really good suggestions. Well, except the first one...

you've gotten to take a destroy each and every in certain situations in the course of the vacation. I had to go back and forth about 11 hours on a highway vacation many years in the past, and that is amazingly, very tiring travelling that lengthy, and lots worse without taking any stops. you need to deliver an skill drink, or another drink like espresso, to save you wide awake, even if.

Take a cooler with you. Cut up cheese and cold meats or sausage and take crackers. Make it so that they are in small pouches so you can eat them off and on and not have a big mess. Fruit of any sort is good. Celery with peanut butter and carrot sticks with ranch dressing. Put the dressing in a cup that has a lid with a straw hole...dip the carrot sticks in the hole.

Well Mr. Assy McBonerson, I am going to tell you the truth. For a really long road trip you should eat lots of prunes. You should eat prunes the whole trip.
Or maybe you should eat huevos. Its your decision.

Trail mix is good, especially one that you make yourself with stuff you like. We made one with nuts, cranberries, raisins, banana chips and chocolate chips. Yum! Also, don't forget to bring a cooler with ice like we did recently. In a heat wave, you need cold drinks!
