Halo 2 cause your SPARTAN_117, True crime NY is a ripoff of San Adreas, both guys are african amarican, forced to do jobs for the police, wierd huh?

altough the previous answerer isn't completely accurate (TC:NY is a sequel to TC:LA, which came out before Vice City), I would agree that Halo 2 is a much better game.
