Who's Elder & who's younger amongst twin ?
Suppose a lady gives birth to a twin baby, then whom'd U consider Elder, one who comes out 1st. or the later one ?

The later baby is the elder because the first one reports back in its own language that the World is a safe place one and that it (second one) can also come. It so happens that i have twin daughters and one we thought is elder by a minute because this one was the one which got delivered first. But actually this is not so biologically also, i learnt afterwards.

the first born, can be by only seconds, but is here first and older by the number of seconds, minutes it got here before twin #2

The one who comes out first is ALWAYS the eldest of the two. Whether it be by seconds or minutes, its always that first one that pops out and Greets the World!
