Where can i get the best curry in Leeds?

Akbars - It's just outside Leeds, in Leeds Road near Bradford. All the Emmerdale cast go there. Book a table though as it gets very busy

The best curry place in Leeds is the Aargrah next to the Playhouse opposite the bus station, they have about 5 other Restaurants around the Leeds and surrounding areas, they are the best by far, and I am missing it so much as I live in Spain, I can promise u that when I go back to Leeds to visit I got to the Aargrah but not the Leeds one the one in Garforth. Honest, you have got to try it, they are the best and the owner is famous with all the stars, so u may even see the odd famous face when ur in there, its true, in the Garforth one I saw David Jason (Touch of Frost) he eats there regularly. I am not pulling ur leg. I am in Leeds for Christmas and I will be going straight there for the best Curry in the World.

Sheesh Mahal on Kirkstall Road

Dunno about Leeds, but if you go to Dodworth (just outside Barnsley) the Curry Mahal is alright. The best curries however can be found in Birmingham

agree with aagrahs...and I am also in Spain and missing it too...but the one in shipley/saltaire is the best in yorkshire for my money! :)
