for experts: system32 folder required files?

I have this file called 19d514ad.exe in my system32 folder. It looks so suspicious but I don't want to delete it yet because it's in a critical folder. There is no information whatsoever on the net about this executable file.

Does anyone have that file on their computer too? Is it safe to delete?

Update:

none of the scans found it, and there's no info on it anywhere on the net. Since the file creation date was the same as the date, my computer got trojaned, that was my only indication that the file shouldn't be there, so I did a manual removal along with other files created on the same day and were not detected either.

Update 2:

I kinda solved it on my own, so i don't know which one to pick as best answers.

Download and use WinTask 5 for the free trial. It will tell you if it is a valid .exe.

You not specified OS. So if you are using XP no file is there, i think is one of the VIRUS file, if you are using anyother OS, i don't know, what about that file!
