i am from india given 1 month tourist visa to singapore ( multiple journey) how many times during that i can go singapore and come back
also if i go to singapore on the last date validity of visa how much time i can stay there, with stamping at immigratin check at changi airport

Sounds to me like you can go in/out as long as your visa remains valid. If you need to travel on the last day of the visa, I recommend that you try and get an extension prior to, so as to cover the duration of your stay.
