Should teenagers get an abortion?

I think teenagers are able to make an informed decision when given all the facts.

So yes, I believe abortion should be an option for teenagers as well. They deserve the same options as adult women to control their body.

I don't believe teenagers SHOULD get an abortion, but I think it should be available to them. "Should" suggests that someone else is making a decision over her body instead of her own judgment. I highly disagree with that. A forced abortion could cripple someone emotionally for the rest of her life. Choice, yes, forced, no.

I know that there are certain circumstances where a teenager or any gurl for that should be allowed to for example if she was raped or something like that. But i think that even in those cases there are plenty of people willing to adopt. For the most part when it's irresponsibility on a teenagers fault i don't think that should be classified as a good enough answer to do so. There are plenty of ways to prevent pregnancy and teenagers are old enough and mature enough to take those actions. So i guess my answer is Teenagers shouldn't be allowed to get abortions.

Noone should get an abortion, because abortion is murder. The choice for life was already made when the child was conceived, and the child definately feels the pain of being ripped apart, or salted to death, or whatever method used. If someone is pregnant, especially a teenager, and is not ready or able to raise a child, then they should do the loving, responsible thing and find a good family who can't have children of their own to adopt. Adoption is so much sweeter than murder.

Here's what I think alot of people will tell you the same thing some will agree no others will agree yes.. but in any case the girl or guy shouldnt have the abortion of a way to excape..

Regardless of what people say.. the sperm that gets ready to develope is always going to be living inside of you.. wheather it has feeling or not wheather its grown or not.. the thought of a child having to be killed before it was born will run through your mind for the rest of your life.. and believe thats not something you want as you can tell already I'm not for it..

Having a baby is a true Blessing.. the feeling of someone living inside of you is great.. it's like you have someone always there watching over you..

but if you feel that u don't want or don't feel like you are ready to have a baby then.. you should wait out the 9months give brith and go have someone adopted.. I'm sure there are many couples who are unable to have a kid and want one..

How would u feel if your parents told you u were a mistake and that they were thinking of aboration?

I know I have been told.. I know my sister who tried having a girl and she had a miscarriage.. she was unhappy and still thinks about it she was about 7months in.. just think about it

I say no, cause if parents would sit down and teach their kids about sex, then teenage pregnancy would never happen. They needs to stop depending on schools to do it for them and do it themselves. And the teenagers should know better than to have sex at such a young age. If i have a teenage daughter and she gets pregnant i will make her have that child and let her feel the pain of child birth and let her see how it feels to be a mother at such a young age, and whoever the father is, he will do the same. Cause if you let them have a abortion, then they will continue to have sex and depend on the parents to carry them to get an abortion. I say parents needs to show kids how to use condoms, birth control pills and other contraceptives that are used to prevent pregnancy, then all of this would be avoided.

abortion kills! like over a million babies a year....now it might seem ok to the person at first but if they actually go through with it it usually destroys them mentally because they realize the devastating affects of their actions....andhaving a teenager get an abortion will hurt them even more because their brains are not formed entirely until after 20 whch mean that they will have an even worse time getting over their sadness over the loss of their baby.....theres always adoption and many other programs that truly help

I would never get an abortion. However if someone says that it is wrong or should be outlawed than it should be a priority to increase the funding of the aid single young mothers will get. Or else they've bought a child into the world that they knew that they weren't willing or able enough to take care of.

Yes. Too young to have children. But they shouldn't look at abortion as a get out of jail free card. If they are going to be sexually active they should make sure it doesn't happen in the first place.

Nobody should get an abortion. It's murder. Teenagers should live with the consequences of their actions.
