has anyone tried the grapefruit pill diet, by GNC??? What were your results?

    I personally have never taken the pill- yet I have regularly consumed grapefruit (i enjoy the taste and effects) .........

    first of all- it burns more calories (the act of eating a grapefruit) than the total amount of calories that are in a grapefruit. It may sound silly but the best way to stay of a healthy weight is to eat a healthy food. I highly suggest the real thing! good luck with that!!
