I dated this guy for three years, he's married. He's only been married three years. I got a divorce over him because he said he would do the same thing. Obviously he has not. We broke up on Friday and now he has a myspace account stating he is single. He's already looking for some one new. I should I tell his wife? I really would love to make him hurt like he hurt me. I also want a classy style revenge, if there is that type of thing!!!

How am I burning this many calories on a daily basis? I only burn on average 490 calories at the gym, and I have a desk job. Every Metabolic calulator I use says the same count. Why am I not Skinny??? I am 27 years old, excercise 5 days a week, 167 lbs, 5ft 4inches and I'm female. 22% body fat

I do at least 40 min of cardio every morning and rotate b/w the stair master, the rowing machine, treadmill, and crossramp. I also do circuit training 4 days a week. I am 26 years old. Why is the scale not budging??? It has not moved in three months!
