Is America in the business of losing money?

i read the are building the facility to detain foriegn party crashers.Who is paying rent on this place,it's going to be using city facilities also,wouldn't it be more prudent to make it like a co-op to grow corn to sell to Mexico and use the rest for bio-diesel fuel?And give our visiter friends the option to work or be sent back?

    I like you idea, too, but society has determined (via the voting box) that we no longer expect effort in exchange for services and goods. Vote in different thinking leaders and you can change this, otherwise, the days of expectations is long gone!

    The only question here that I understand is the part about

    America being in the business of losing money..

    Short answer is no although with the way our government wastes

    and gives it away, you might think we were..
