Does anybody know why tarja the femal lead singer of nightwish left the band?

She didn't leave. She was kicked out by the band via an open-letter. The band didn't like her attitude towards touring and didn't like how there'd be smaller venues and such. Among other things mostly how they felt that Tarja viewed the band as a side-project and never considered herself as a full member. (She never showed up to practices or rehearsals)
