Looking for MTV2 band name like Atomic Polar Bear...is the right? Something with polar bear.?

Its a rock band on MTV2 and it has the name polar bear or atomic in it and the video is with some kids in a garage playing instruments and their english. Anyone know the name of song and band.

    Arctic Monkeys? If not, then it sounds like a sad Arctic Monkeys ripoff. I'll start a band and call it the Greenland Gorillaz. We could be a cartoon of a grungy garage band and have embarassingly-heinous rappers guest star on our singles!
