Please follow this path to get rid of pop up related problems. U will hv to do two things. First Tools > inernet options> privacy > check the box of block pop ups > move the slide bar to medium high> ok. Second Tools> pop up blocker > pop up blocker settings> Set the filter level to high> ok. U will get rid of all the pop ups permanently.

Go to downloads.com and Download a Free POP up Blockers
OR
Download Google Toolbar
AND
You must Scan your computer using a spyware/adware, google spyware to fidn some free software, i recommend spybot and lavasoft Adaware.
