Why does my Media player turn off prematurely?
When I turn on my media player to play misic I have stored there, it plays for a few minutes, then a window pops up that says [ this program has performed an illegal opperation and will shut down] when I close that window media player shuts off. Virus scan says my system is infection free.

That happned to me milions of times before on my old win98 computer. try reinstalling the player. of get a different one such as RealOne or iTunes
