Each user on a Windows computer must be signed in to his own user account in order to have their own Yahoo!. Click "Start" "Settings" "Control panel" double click "User accounts" and set up accounts for each user. The "owner" should sign in as administrator and password protect the account. Others users do not have to put in a password unless they want to. If you are on Yahoo! or doing anything else, you can switch users by holding down the windows key and hit L. All user names will be displayed, scroll down to the name, hit enter. When that person is done, reverse the operation and your stuff will be like you left it.

If you're using linux you can just switch work stations on the computer. If you're a linux user then you should already know how to do that.
If you're on windows, you can sign off or lock your workstation without closing open windows and stuff you're working on. Simply go to Start, and look for 'Swicth User' or press "WinKey + L"
I have never used MacOSX, so I can't help you if you are using that operating system.
But that's just for workstations. If you want to keep going on Yahoo! without signing in an out, there's an easy option.
Yahoo!'s security system works by placing cookies in your browser, when that cookie expires you idled too long and Yahoo! signs you out for security issues. Based on that principle, if you use a different browser you should be able to log on a different account without signing out. Say if you're using FireFox, you can log on Yahoo with two other accounts on your computer by opening Yahoo.com in Internet Explorer and Opera.
Hope that helps.

For security reasons, you will have to sign out and then sign back in. That's how Yahoo & many other companies help customers on privacy & security issues.
