20 Male I am being honest here, if its a male 17 (I think or 18) and if its a girl 20 or later if possible. My mother didn't want me to start dating till I was 18. But I didn't,

In my case i will let my daughter or son at age of 13 and will count how mature they are in my case they wand me to be involved in a relationship at the age of 18............and this may affect because everybody has there own way of think but for the experience that people had is how they treat they childrens.

I am 16 years old and the age I would let my kid if I had one would be when they are muture enough. I started dating at 14 years old but my mom thought I would be 15 or 16 years old.

I'm only in highschool, but my parents wont let me date until i'm 16, and if i had to think about being the parent, it would probly be the same, but most of the time, i think it's not fair. well, i think that parents are just being safe with their kids, and that's the important thing, even if we(the kids) think it's not fair.

im 14, and i would let my kids start dating when they choose because u learn from your mistakes and everything happens for a reason and that you can meet the person that you will be with forever faster and learn a lot and meet new people.

doesnt really matter to me...my mom always let me have "little girlfriends" in 1st-5th grade...she thought it was cute...now im 14...she still doesnt really care...i guess i would wait till their born...

I would say that it depends on how mature they are not how old they are.
