Hi All, Im trying to build a current mirror out of a transistor but wasn't sure which route to go. Characteristics which are important are:

1) Power

2) Current range. The transistor will be powered off a 5V rail. I want to be able to have the widest range in current by varying the biasing resistor. ie: for Mosfet, this is limited by its threshold voltage.

3) Package size

This may be more applicable to girls than guys. Everyone knows parents have certain restrictions on dating, whether it be wait until university or high school, and this frustrates many who are currently involved in a relationship. What if you were to turn the tables and you were the parent. At what age would you let your child begin dating? (Also if you don't mind stating your current age)

And also, what age do your parents believe you should be dating and if you think this somewhat influences your decision

There is no such seperation between bad or good, only what society or religion makes of it. Basically good and bad are definitions that we as humans decide together. In a completely chaotic world, wouldn't the inhabitants feel no remorse or regret for the actions they take, wherein our society might be seen as attrocities? Is that also not the reason why those who are brought up in troubled families find it more difficult to seperate "good" from "bad"? Whats your take?

Undergoing big decision. Im coop student with minimal salary...will have 5000 tops by end of summer. Currently have an AE92 GTS corolla with low mileage. Deciding whether i should spend the money on an engine swap, 20 valve blacktop, which would cost around 2000 CDN for the complete swap or an 89 supra Turbo with 3M-GTE stock engine which would cost around 3900. New car? Or Engine Swap?
