Where can i find a Sc300/400?
In toronto for around 5k-10k CAD? Any websites or anything you guys know about? I've found a few on autotrader but i know their overpriced and they are all auto.

Try eBay.com, AutoTrader.com, and Cars.com. They're pretty good sites to use. You can usually find what you're looking for.

When I was looking for an sc300, I checked ebay and craigslist. As far as I know, all the sc400's are auto and only a few sc300 manuals are made. The manuals do fetch for a small premium as people like to do crazy stuff with that J2Z engine in the sc300 and to swap in a manual on an SC400 is bucks but has been done.
When I was looking at them, sc400 were actually cheaper than an SC300 manual for the comprable year/mileage. I've seen 1992 sc400 and sc300 autos go into the $4k range while the sc300 manual gets snatched up around 6k for a 92. I believe 96 was the last year for a manual.
