Why American Airlines gives such a bad service?

They all give bad service now except, oddly enough, the cut-rate airlines. It's a way of saving money. I forget the exact statistics, but there was something published a while ago that said the United saved something like One Million dollars a year by simply cutting out one olive on each first class meal. Think what they can save by cutting other services?

I think all the major airlines treat their customers badly. I like to call traveling in coach going "steerage" (the old cheap seats on a boat). They treat you like cattle despite the fact that its more expensive than ever to fly. I know the airlines' costs are high, but we customers definitely pay the price for their cost-cutting!
