Mallrats is my favorite, followed by Chasing Amy...Jason Lee is so effing funny in Mallrats though, and the whole thing where he sticks his hand in his a$s and shakes peoples hands is so gross and hilarious!

Depends on one's definition of best. Most laugh out loud funny for me was Clerks II. Best storyline, dramatically was Chasing Amy. Overall, my favorite is Dogma, though.

"Dogma" - even growing up Catholic, I learned some stuff watching that and laughed my butt off! And, sorry, but "Jersey Girl" - he (Smith) grew up a little and didn't need all the foul language or himself with sidekicks that can't act in the movie (sorry Clerks fans).

Dogma. The script for that movie was exceptionally clever and I love a good rip on religion.

The mean answer is 'Jersey Girl'.
No but really, My fav is 'Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back'. He manages to get most of the running gags from the other movies into it. Example "You're a tracer, you just trace over someone elses lines..."
