first of all as u knw that torjan will be a auto run program that will run by it self when ur window is started so u have to understand how that torjan run'z. in the case of windows u can run any software in the starting by putting the registry entry in run and runonce. and these entry can be seen by

    go to start>run

in the run type msconfig press enter and from there select startup tab and uncheck the entry of that torjan which u wanna delete. then reboot ur windows and then delete it from ur hard drive. u have to reboot system because u can't delete any program which is running. u can save ur self from reboot by click ctrl+alt+del this will show all the process those are running u can do end task there but few torjan r coded that way that they can't be seen in running process . so if nothing is been shown in running process then u have to reboot ur system .

u can also remove entries of torjan

go to run then type regedit

from there go to local machine then software>mircosoft>windows>current version

in current version u will have to more run and run once

when u select run the in the right part of regedit window u will see few entries these are the same entries those r being seen by u in startup tab of msconfig . u can delete those entries from there

same way u can do this with runonce

u can also try safemode, in safe mode no application is started in the start up ....

    i hope this will help u ....
