Your question is clearly written and understandable, which is rare on this forum.

I want to explain a few things to you so you can understand the situation better.

Earth is going through a slow phase of deterioration brought on through recent carelessness by human beings.

Some scientists say we have reached the point of no return, meaning that no matter how much we improve things, earth will slowly show more signs of Global warming and climate instability.

Nobody can guess how long this deterioration process will go on, but it's conceivable that mankind will make adaptations along the way, and that will cause people to adjust their living to the way earth keeps changing.

So I see it as earth vs. capitalism.

Capitalism gave modern man all the conveniences that we've since learned have harmful side effects.

When I study the activity of many global giant corporations, I realize that they have a lot of capital (money) to work with, and these same past polluters could make the needed changes if they were impressed upon by governments.

I do hear of some changes being adopted, but it doesn't have full cooperation of all nations due to lack of understanding among all people.

Some feel that if a different direction is taken whereby corporations find means to alter course and make environmentally friendly products, economies will suffer.

I disagree with that belief.

I see it where there is a need for finding ways in which we can live in relative harmony with earth, and do ourselves a lot of good as well.

I formed plans by which we could change the way we live a little to help out.

Examples:

Use only biodegradable products for trash, which includes use of garbage disposal products that don't find their way through waterways and kill off other earth species.

Elimination of pesticides which contaminate our underground water and cause cancers.

Don't fertilize lawns, use soysia grass and save water as well. This will improve coastal areas as well, as rainfall brings these harmful chemicals to our shorelines and contaminates.

I can go on, but to conclude this discussion, let me say that the capital you seek for your solution is available if the right corporations are made aware of their evil doings and told to use their vast supply of resourses to change this wrong direction.

I wrote a letter to the Board of Directors of the General Electric Company, outlining ways in which this global leader can become a global saver if they wanted to.

Having had no reply, I suspect the course they take is more economically beneficial to them by having people slowly die from cancer (they are a leader in healthcare).

Keep pounding away with your ideas, you have my attention.

Who knows, maybe in due time the message will get to those who gave us this deteriorating environment.

Well I think the Global Warming is comprised of so many factors its a matter of taking care of Mother Earth, i.e. recycling, find alternative energy sources and stop polluting the air, alternatives to chemical household cleaners (which there is, a steam cleaning machine - go to Sgtsteam.com and buy one of those machines if you want to start helping the world). Your cause is better categorized in the non-profit organization group and finding sponsors by companies that support your cause. Investors are looking at high tech chips and microtechnology with huge returns on their investments. Unless you have come up with a microchip to stop Global Warming your chances of finding an investor are slim. Make sure you write up a good Business Plan and Executive Summary if you pursue the investor route.
