What is wrong with me?
What is wrong with me? I seem to worry the most about my health when there is obviously nothing wrong with me. I do things sexually like normal people and then I worry about the risks involved and what I might have- HIV mostly (normal but maybe too much). 9 times out of 10 I stop myself before it goes too far but I still worry about encounters (if something happened that I blocked out maybe) that happened 2 years ago that I don't remember. I want to drop this crap (sorry about the language). How do I stop this line of thinking and live a normal life?

You may have OCD.. obsessive compulsive disorder.
It's really difficult to get HIV if you practice safe sex.. than that's just it... it's safe sex. You'll be just fine.
You just have to trust yourself that things are cool, and you're gonna be ok! How old are you? My best advice would be to talk to either your regular doctor, or to a psychologist. You may have an anxiety disorder, too, which can be treated easily with medication.
I used to worry all the time, too. When I was little, I thought I'd die of either a heart attack or cancer. I was WAY too young to be thinking about things like that. As I got older, I just said to myself, " Look... you feel fine... you are healthy... you COULD have some deadly disease somewhere in your body, but your body will tell you, eventually. Just wait for the signs and take it from there. Until that time, I'm gonna live my life to the fullest and stop worrying all the time, because worrying will do a lot of harm to my body, also! Everything happens for a reason." And as silly as that may sound... I stopped worrying!!
Good luck to ya!!

The only advice I can give you is to seek some professional help. I'm not trying to be funny. But sometimes, a person can have certain medical conditions that they are not aware about. Also, a psychologist or a psychiatrist can help you get to the cause of your feelings.

i do the exact same thing!!! i swear i have aids and gonorrhea and every other sexually transmitted disease even though i haven't had sex since the last time i was tested i think maybe i had sex and blocked it out or something. i don't know how to get over it but it sucks

go to your doctor and get a test done to prove to yourselve that you dont have anything wrong with you, then use protection always, and try to stop worrining and relax. if it still worrys you get tested once a year there is nothing wrong with getting tested for you benefit. but just try to relax.

well, it seems you have hypochondriacal nature....
you get anxious too much, and too easily...
try avoiding those thoughts... don't force onto this, when such thought comes to you, don't consciously concentrate over that, just let it go as other thoughts...
get yourself checked if this doesn't work to a good therapist...
