Got email w/HTML attachment. Red x in corner of pic. How to open? Have tried and can't.?
I received an email from my sister with an HTML attachment. I know it's a picture, but I haven't been able to open it. Where the picture should be is just a white space with a little red x in the top left hand corner. I've clicked on it , but nothing happens. Please help! I know what the picture is, but would still like to see it. Thank you to anyone who can help.

It shows that there is a broken link someplace. in line with possibility the image has been faraway from the different server or perhaps somebody did no longer link proper to that image of their cyber web web site. If the link is repaired, then the subsequent time you go surfing the positioning you may even see the image. commonly, that's going to be a whilst earlier everyone seems to be known with of the broken link.

Probably because the picture still is lying on your sisters pc..
- She must have done something wrong when she inserted the picture..
Tell her to send it once more, as an attachment!!

it means the picture is not there..and when they did the HTML it didn't send the picture with it
If you want the picture have her send it to you another way..like messenger or maybe the pic by itself
