Found a number of sites, seem that although they look great they are not practical in real use. Sure looks cool though!!!

    Good Luck!

first, have you studied before (retorichal question i know you can't answer me right now) if not we need to build your kick.

side kick: raise your kicking leg sideways from your body (versus straight up in front of your body). slightly turn your pelvis downward to the ground, and your butt upwards. pull back to toes and instep of your foot exposing your heal. don't fall, you are now in a very crappy very weak side kick position. i sure hope you've had training.

Next, your jump: repeatedly jump up in the air all the while pulling your knees to your chest. now jump pulling your knees to your back grabbing them and letting go. repeat all the time.

now the jump kick: stand still, jump pulling your knees to your chest and kick out with only one foot into the side kick position, keeping the other foot tucked in. now that your hanging in the air like the matrix, recoil both feet back into your chest and land.

Finially:run jump kick recoil and down. congradulations, now that you've broke your leg listening to me go to the hospital, heal up, then take some classes, and never listen to some wacko on the internet again.
