That is a very good speed over flat ground.
I can do that, but there's no free trip to France just by going fast on the flat.
Averages are most important.
If that is your AVERAGE speed, then you certainly are a racer!!
Opportunities? Enter a race. The official results will be recorded. Send your results to many cycling teams. That's how to do it.
P.S. It is often helpful to ride the race course the day before racing on it. Some people train for months on the race course/path/trail so that they can fine tune performance.

Ask a bike shop about group rides. Until you ride with a group of experienced riders you won't know how good you are.
After that, just go join races. I don't know about India, but in the US there are races everywhere all summer long, open to anyone. After that, you join your country's cycling federation, and there are probably levels to advance through.

Best thing is to find a cycling club!
Then they have sertain grades and you can go from their.
You can do it if you work hard at it and put your mind to it.
I hope you really enjoy your journey!!
