Does anyone else have a Paulowia tree?

Ours has grown 13 feet, this year, can't wait till it blooms, how many years does it take for the blossums to show their faces? The leaves are so huge, it is beautiful.

Your tree should bloom by next year. Many Paulowia trees bloom in the first, depending on your zone. It will be lterally covered with medium sized, lavender blooms.

But heads up! When the blooms drop, they really drop! Many consider this to be a messy tree. But with attentive clean up after the blooms drop, your yard will look nice! Also if the blooms are left on the ground too long, they start to rot and become slippery and matted, so get them up as soon as you can.

Congrats on having a beatiful, quick growing specimen, and good luck! Hope this helps!
