If I build a fourplex, how do I sell the units as condos?
If I were to build a fourplex or other apartment building. What would be involved in selling the units as condos? How does one go about creating an HOA? Are there any resources on the internet to read about this? This would be in either LA or Orange County.

Talk to the city planning department (county in unincorporated areas, but there aren't a lot of those where you are). There will be a long set of requirements you need to comply with, regulations you have to meet, etcetera. You will need approvals and permits and an overflowing checkbook for fees.

i do not know about there but here ,one has to just get a attorney to draw up the deed and sell,each one
