OK, we're all assuming you are interviewing somebody for a JOB?
It's nice to know that people who DO the interviews are just as nervous as those who are being interviewed.
Traditional interview questions:
Why do you want to work for this company?
What skills and talents do you have which would make you better for this job than another person?
What kind of pay do you expect to receive?
Are you comfortable with the working hours you will have?
Do you work well with others, or do you prefer to work alone?
etc., etc.

Look up Job Interview Questions on Monster and About.com. These are services for people to be prepared for an interview, but either way, you can still read the questions.

just be cool, and ask Q that interest your company and ask about their past experience, if they are really interested, and won't sit and do nothing all day.
