If you saw someone shoplifting - would you report them?

    Yes. Shoplifting is a crime and it also effects you in the long run. When someone steals from a store, the manufacturer loses money and then they begin to increase prices to cover their losses. It becomes a ripple effect.

    I saw someone shoplift a big bag of candy. I figured she would get caught though because her purse was smaller than the bag. What an idiot. If I happened to see someone shoplift, I would report it. Unless they are six foot five and really scary looking, then I'd keep my mouth shut.

    yes. think of it this way. every time that person shoplifts the prices are going up of they get away with it once they Will do it again.if you saw a murder would you report it. a crime is a crime

    yes I would and once when i was taking a test in college i saw a girl cheating and reported her and they thanked me. she was sitting across from me and pulled a paper from under her shirt ;)
