I have gone through the same thing many times from where i used to work. Take a shower, and use soap on it. When you are done you will still feel them but there won't be nearly as many. I always went to bed then and woke up feeling much better but i would wash my arms again anyway. You still will have some on you but it just takes some time before they are all gone

I've heard it from other sources that the best way, is to take a cool shower after any contact with fiberglass. The cool water will close the pores of your skin, so that it makes fibreglass keep from entering the epiderm as easily. I don't know how to remove it, since anything rubbed over the surface can cause the fiberglass to possibly bury deeper into your skin.

This sounds kinda crazy, but I have used regular old elmers glue. Apply a thin layer, let it dry for a few hours, then peel it off. Out comes the small, hard to get slivers. I assume it would work for fiberglass shards as well, they are a small sliver of sort. Oh well, just a suggestion to try if you want.

Pantyhose works great...I went with my ex husband to work and got into some fiberglass..when we got home he cut the legs from pantyhose, cut the bottom off..and then we put my arm through it and slowly pulled it back off...98% of the fiberglass was gone..

Well, you could use tweezers to remove any shards. Fiberglass obtains asbestos, which is known to cause lung cancer, be careful. Do you have insurance? I would speak to a physician about this.

use wadded up panty hose or knee highs to wipe your arms off. the fiberglass will stick in the hose.

Lol thats happened to me, you cant do much, maybe just put cream on, in a day or two it would have gone. And cover your arms and wear gloves next time

Rub baby powder over your arms, next run your arms thru tights or pantyhose. This has helped my daughter twice and it has worked instantly.

You can try scrubbing them out with a heavy duty Buf-Puf type sponge, but that hurts like hell. You can also use tweezers to pulll them out. Or wait until they come out naturally.
