Is it normal to experience a headache following wisdom teeth removal?

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed a week ago and I've had a headache ever since.

i also had 4 wisdom teeth taken out and it was under general anesthetic. when i come round my head was banging and it lasted over three weeks. also i lost the feeling in my tongue, maybe if you wait another few days hopefully things should ease, but if not go to your doctor .

Well, I didn't get a headache when I had my wisdom teeth removed, but then again the doctor gave me pain killers. I suppose they would have killed any pain in my head. So I don't know, but I hope you get better soon.

The medication they have you on could be causing the headache. You should really talk to your surgeon about that.
