Computer link crap...?

Ya know in your address bad when you start to type in a website, sometimes it will pop up a website you might be looking for (ie. if you type www.m it will show underneath www.mate1.com, www.myspace.com, etc.) Well, how do you delete those "suggestions"? I've deleted all temp. internet files, offline content and the cookies...I've tried right clicking and deleting (which did NOTHING at all)...so any REAL suggestions? I really need this help.

Update:

I have deleted the history.

Update 2:

I tried the second guys idea...it didn't work. I need more answers! When I delete the history and stuff, everything goes except for the stupid Mate1 ****! It's pissing me off, but I did ALOT of looking on my computer and there isn't any files that I can find relating to this site...it's only in the "suggestion thing" that pops up under the address bar!!! AH!

Update 3:

Internet Options->General tab and click "Clear History"

    then...

click 'Start->Settings->Control Panel->Taskbar and Start Menu' then on the "Start Menu" tab and make sure "Classic start menu" is selected then click "Customize" then click "Clear."

Alternativly you can download and install ad-aware SE which will scan your system and will allow you to delete recent file file opening logs, that type of thing. (There are called MRU lists.)

Or you could have avoided this problem in the first place and downloaded and installed Firefox, a far superior web browser.

Sounds to me like you have a cause of a spyware. Like I said, run an ad-aware scan and delete the "critical objects" it finds. Email me if you are having trouble with the program.
