have macromedia? fireworks dreamweaver a a few other do dads? where's the damn button to insert media sound? grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.no tech stuff either i just want a point ..click at that thingy.. MY TERms....sorry old febble and grandmas and new don't mix well.. anyone have an easy answer..

if u have a cd that came w/ the computer get the one that that says something about media, insert it and go by directions! It's not that hard
