Where can I file a complaint against a school for its rude counselors &screw ups that can damage my education
This school made me wait for 1 hr for NOTHING more than someone to get off their lazy *** and retrieve a document from one office, no more than 5 feet away, to the front desk. I had to go there myself and inquire about it only to find that it was sitting on someone's desk for over an hr, to which she responded with an "oh, well nobody came to get it so..." As if she couldn't get her lazy *** up and bring it in after it had been sitting there for more than 20 minutes!!! THEN when I saw a counselor (for the SECOND TIME that day: the first said my paperwork wasn't even there. She didn't even LOOK!!! and told me to come back tomorrow) the second counselor was rude, impolite, snotty!, talked to me like I was 4 and wouldn't even let me finish my sentences to explain to her what was going on!! She even told me she didn't care about what classes I was taking!! She went about making an educational plan that she pulled out of her ***. Not even asking if I was already enrolled in classes!!!

1. The Dean or Asst Dean for Student Affairs -- These are the people tasked with being on top of academics but involved in administration as well;
2. The Admissions Office -- Its better if you're relatively new (so it doesn't look weird), but they'll go out of their way to help you since it's their job to recruit students AND maintain enrollment (even though it's not in the title), and;
3. Your faculty Advisor/Guidance Counselor -- It might take a longer time since they're lower down the chain but this person is like your personal mentor so they'll probably push things up.

in case you detect out the two enable me understand or upload my criticism in with yours!!!! i'm going to never never EVER save at that place returned!! I fairly have never met such a lot of rude unhelpful people in one shop in all my existence! i presumed chatting with a supervisor could help yet he grow to be fairly ruder than the sales lady!! 2d time this befell interior the 2x i went there there'll never be a 0.33!!!. stable success from the seems of issues they actually do no longer care in company place of work or such a lot of retailers does no longer have such a lot of lawsuits!!
