My boss' boss is in love with me, he's twice my age and he's freaking me out?

I'm a student intern (I'm 20) and my senior manager totally hits on me and gives me stuff. He emails me weird things all the time too, like random jokes. He even asked me once if he could give me a massage...wtf..

He's asked me out a couple times and I say no every time. It makes being at work really awkward especially when I have to work with him as an authority figure. It's just a really weird situation and it makes working with him really uncomfortable.

Any tips on dealing with a situation like this?

go talk to your dean or professor to see if they can help you get another job or at least understand if you quit. i would try to find another job, talk to the dean and professor, then after i got the job tell the personnel manager in the company why you are quitting. you might as well get ready to deal with these situations until you get enough experience to handle them yourself. this guy and many other will see you as a cute young thing just ready to be harvested. next time watch out for the jokes, little remarks, and most of all stay professional without coming across as a snob. also, don't go out with your fellow employees for drinks. the least they know about you or can talk about you the better!

    good luck!

forget that he is your boss for a minute, think of him as a man who likes you, if you like him, go out with him, if not then don't whatever the consequences, being hurt emotionally is far worse than a job... do not force yourself into anything.
