there is an option in limewire dat you can use yr whole bandwdth to download d stuff u want to download.bt y does my downloading speed go uptill 6kb/s or if i dont use d internet at all it goes to 10kb/s.why is dat?

Uninstall limewire and get http://www.frostwire.com/
same format but without the spyware or adware.
Now, because this was not a security issue...You are not protected enough.

Does it say anything under tools and options? To make things run faster, clear out your sharing file.
