    yes we can get deviation without dispersion.

    the formula is

    (A/A') = - (M' - N')/(M - N)

    where

    A = angle of prism

    A' = new angle of prism

    M = refractive index of violet light

    N = refractive index of red light

    M' = new refractive index of violet light

    N' = new refractive index of red light
