Well I frist want to tell you that it took a lot of guts to tell someone that you like how you feel. I think one of two things can be going on 1 is that she feels like she gave you a big clue by telling too how she feels and now wants you to make the next move. If this is the answer then do small things at first like take her to dinner and open doors, let her know you are still into her even after a year then go in for more by asking her out. 2 is that after you two told each other how you felt and you did not take the next step is that she's testing you by going out with other guys. She wants to see if you will do anything to try and make her your girlfriend. I hope what I've told you helps. Good luck!
