The plan b pill should never have been made available without a prescription. There are documented cases of deaths due to uncontrolled bleeding after taking it.
It's another way to kill innocent children. There are a myriad of birth control options available. Preventing a pregnancy should not be a big problem. Although it is true the only sure birth control is abstinence. Not a popular choice, as society loosens it's morals and children keep having sex earlier and earlier.
It is a catch trap for those who get carried away in the heat of passion, without the benefit of birth control.
It's a dangerous drug, it shouldn't be an over the counter option.

You Should Be Good, But I Have Heard Of People Becoming Pregnant Anyway After Taking The Pill Within An Hour After Intercourse. Like It Says Its Not 100% Effective. You Should Look Into Types Of Birth Controls. Plan B Isn't Really Safe. Its Basically An Overdose Of Birth Control.

personally i don't like the plan b pill. when i was young and stupid I had to use it,(I don't know if it was actually called plan B or not, but it wasn't the abortion pill) and it made me soooo sick. My temp was 102, and i almost went into convulsions. It didn't stop the egg from being released, it stopped the egg from being attached, which now i think should be considered an abortion because the egg could be fertilized. The abortion pill makes the egg, and the lining and every thing flush out. Now that I am older, married, and trying to have children and am having a hard time, i regret allot of decisions i made back then.
I guess I think You should at least have to have a prescription, or go to a planning center. I do think that if it was not available to some people the consequences would be worse, more abortions, or unwanted children being born, and not treated or cared for properly. Ultimately I think every woman should make her own choice.

Seriously, amen. I think the availability of this product as well as the continued legality of abortion will directly affect the safety of women around the country. One would still CHOOSE to take it or not to take it - no one really has the right to tell anyone what to do but options should be available.

i think it's a really good idea. it'll prevent a lot of unwanted pregnancies. and a lot of people think it works like an abortion pill but it actually works like birth control, it prevents the egg from being released. so this pill will actually prevent abortions.

its just an easy way out for you living up to your responsibility's, and an easy way to spread AIDS around cuz there making it to easy for girls to sleep around then just pop a pill the next day to take care of the problem, unprotected sex is really stupid, and that pill doesn't help one bit to stop it either. Dirty Girls!!!! that's who its for.......

Shouldn't be allowed at all, if people did the real research, they would find that it has killed before and left many very very ill. I know.

I haven't fully made my mind up yet on where I stand, and I'm praying that God gives me wisdom.
